47 year old Mum of two kids - 10 year old daughter and 12 year old son. Have put on weight steadily over the years since having kids. Have crept up to 14 and a half stone ( over a stone heavier than I was when 9 months pregnant with my daughter!) Don't feel myself anymore and have got health issues that would benefit from weight loss and exercise. Want to stay alive and healthy to see my kids grow up and hopefully my grandchildren. I used to be happy at 10 stone 5 in my twenties. Would love to get to 10 stone 10 so am a healthy BMI
