Well I have been away for sometime, I haven’t been doing very well as I have put on 3 pounds. I don’t know what’s going on I eat health during the week but I think that its the weekend that’s doing it to me with all the BBQ and all. I’m very disappointed with my self I’m suppose to lose some weight before my trip at the end of sept. But by the looks of it it’s not going too happened. I feel very down. But then again its my fault and no one else. I also think a lot has to do with me not logging into this site like I was when I first joined in 2 months ago.
But I will start all over again and I have to keep telling my self will power is all I need.
Looking forward to a new day tomorrow.
