I have been a little sick and havent been doing the diet. However im back on track today. So hopefully i will start dropping again. :-(

Okay so the weekend came and oh boy that was my down fall with so many bday. My baby's birthday and brothers bday. Just ate to much but today is monday so all i can do is start over. one good thing i did weigh my self and even though i havent followed the diet to the T cause i cant give up my coffee and all the eating during the weekend i still managed to lose some weight. yeppy. so i have to get back on track and start phase 1 again this week..

So I was just wondering, which is the best time to weigh yourself if in the morning or before bed. Can someone PLEASE give me the answer? I ‘m starting to get very frustrated.

okay i keep looking at the scale and trying to hold back from jumping on it. but guess curiosity killed the cat so i had a good good day and want to check if what i saw a couple of days ago is the same thing im going to see after a long day at work so here i go so disappointed it only marked 138. thats only one pound since monday :-( well thats my fault i havent been doing any excercise. my plan was to go out for a walk everyday after work but its been raining every freaking day. i guess thats what i have to take 1 pound (crying) (disappointed) (sad). but have to stay strong and not give in to temptation.
well to next time....
