What's your problem?
I have a brain injury and although I don't physically notice it, I get lost easy, I can't track calories (stresses my s##t out), repetition and planning sometimes are very difficult for me. My kidneys are also wonky so I sometimes go too far without thinking about them and end up in trouble. One time I was in severe trouble and found a bottle of water in the ditch and drank it. Yeah. Crazy. Sometimes I get stuck in a loop and will type the same things over and over again just in small minor different ways. I sit at the computer too much because facing the house and doing many tasks is overwhelming to me. (I have a housekeeper help me though.) Sometimes I can't drive or cook supper. But you know - you just get used to stuff. I'm a lot better now then I was so I'm happy.

Take it day by day. Just improve a little everyday. It's like how a plant or other organic system grows - slowly.

Everyone has limitations and problems, I have an injured brain. That is a pretty big obstacle really but I have very slowly managed to become a runner.

Cheers Smile

protein shakes
Okay - this is bad - I know you smart people are going to rip on me, but I like my whey powder shake (vanilla) with a shot of sugar free pumpkin pie spice creamer. It's not very healthy but it makes it yummier.

I also like Vega shakes (berry flavored) it's a vegan shake. I have those once or twice a week. Anyone try Vega?

calorie intake
Just went to the Venus factor - it claimed, "drop up three dress sizes inside of a week" --- um' a dress size is about 10 pounds, at least for most girls. So that's like 30 pounds inside of a week lost.... what do you chug gut loving parasites? The wasting away diet? Razz Sorry just thought it was funny.

How to avoid being hungry?
Soy Protein Isolate - water separated. it's about $13 from Amazon for two pounds of the stuff. It's what Medifast uses. Drink a icky shake made from this stuff and you'll magically be not hungry for two hours, sometimes a little more but about two hours. They say it's the soy protein, but actually soy protein has a nutrient in it that blocks hunger - or so said some study I read about online involving mice. You can make pancakes, creamer, bars - anything out of the soy protein isolate too. I take mine with three tablespoons of milled flaxseed fiber. That does the trick. (By the way, I have bad kidneys so I drink an excessive amount of water and if that ever made a person lose weight I would be freakin' SKINNY. In fact my doctor says I drink too much H20!)
