LOw carb snacks
What nutrition is there in popcorn, gram crackers, cereal???, and bread, etc. Why would you want to spend your carbs on meaningless food? Snack on food with some value if you must snack. Coconut oil can be made into tasty snacks AND has nutritional value.

Fat intake
Yes, saturated fat is healthy. Your brain is made of saturated fat. Your nerves need saturated fat. Trans fats and oil fats are are bad. Omaga6 fats are good too if you don't get too many and balance with 3's.

I am trying for 65-70% on Atkins, mostly healthy saturated from animals.
