I've never used either one, but one of the ladies had a fried chicken recipe and she used carbquik.. So I think I am going to purchase to try it...

I know my answer didn't help much - sorry

I use Jennifer Eloff's bake mix. Google her name and you can find Splendid Bake Mix. No wheat in it.

If you are trying to lose weight with Atkins, I would recommend using these for occasional treats, not making them a staple of your diet.

Default to "Today" on Reports tab
I think it depends how you get to the reports screen. If you come from the Today button at the bottom of the Diary screen, it plonks you into the Pie chart for today.

Copy recipe.
Very annoying. How tough would it be to allow us to copy. I'm supposed to start from scratch to eliminate one ingredient?
