Went to Dr appointment this morning. He looked at my weight from last time and said "That's 33 lbs!" Good job!
A1C is now 5.5.
Not sure where it was before, but I remember him saying it was in the Diabetes range back in July. He was going to write a prescription for diabetes meds. I need to find my old data.
HDL is good 58, overall Cholesterol is still a bit high at 227. Any ideas how to get that down some more? I refuse to take the Statins he wants me to take.
Still BP is slightly high, but I'm on half of what I was taking. Maybe I'm just too impatient.

I had to stop working out. It was slowing down my weight loss. I should be back on track now, just have to give it time.

I stopped my Gym routine since it put my body into starvation mode. I was getting hungry and eating more protein. Gaining muscle mass was keeping me from losing weight. I'm going to get to my goal weight before I start back going to the Gym. I do feel better from working out, but I imaging I would feel even better getting to my goal weight.
