Not sure if I need a new scale or if they all lie. I've seen as much as a 10 lb fluctuation in my scales in one day. I know I haven't drank 10 lbs of water or lost 10 lbs of water in one day. I think I'm only going to weigh in a minimum this app will let me. I think it is 2 weeks not sure. I know I'm losing weight and feeling better. That is all you should be concerned with. It is nice to see that your waistline is going down also. But for the scales. Pffffftttttttt!!!!
For those of you who may have slipped a day or so, or just can't seem to get the scales to say you are loosing, ignore the scales! Keep eating right and it isn't going to fall off overnight. You might even gain a little while your body acclimates to its new healthy lifestyle. Measure that waistline and chest size, those are the real proof of the pudding.
I'm wishing they didn't even put the weight statistics on here. In the long run, it does matter, but you can't look at it on a daily basis or you will get discouraged. I recommend maybe once a month for a weigh. Then lock up those scales and don't look at them for another month.
