I stopped my Gym routine since it put my body into starvation mode. I was getting hungry and eating more protein. Gaining muscle mass was keeping me from losing weight. I'm going to get to my goal weight before I start back going to the Gym. I do feel better from working out, but I imaging I would feel even better getting to my goal weight.
