Hi there! I'm here to really get a sense of my relationship to food and exercise (which has not always been very good...) I've always been an avid runner (sometimes to the point of overdoing it) but recently injured my foot so that I can't run for 3 more weeks (it's already been 2... I'm dying). I think FatSecret will really help me balance out other exercise (I can only bike or swim right now) and figure out how much/little I should be eating when I'm not running 4-6 miles per day. I'm a good listener, just getting the hang of this website, and would be happy to have any buddies who want to lose weight together!

Height: 5'6"
Weight: 150 lbs
Goal Weight: 130 lbs (this is a far off goal... I have intermediate goals that I would like to achieve first)
Lowest Weight Ever: 115 (not going back there, friends!)
Highest Weight Ever: 160 (definitely not going back there either!)
