LATE NIGHT EATING
I have the same problem.. or perhaps I formed a habit. Late night eating.. the later I stayed up the more I ate, & bingo fat chic in mirror. Sad So there's a tip for me trying to get to bed, also helps with trying to get an early morning workout in... which helps me eat healthy all day. but for you staying up for the sweet bundle.

Perhaps if you want to sleep, try sleeping.. If you're breastfeeding the prolactin should help you feel good & relaxed & make it easier to get back to sleep too.

I try to stay away from the late night snacking, because once I start it seems to snowball. Brushing teeth, drinking water, a few gentle exercises, yoga, pilates or crunches. Writing about how you feel. How it's going & why.. Let me know what works for you. I'd like to try to get out of the habit too.

AMSEC - Just quietly no food after 4pm, wow show us your willpower.. but then no dinner dates eh Wink
