Running
I agree about the running shoes & music~both make it!! I always heard get good running shoes, never followed through and every time I tried to start running, I got shin splints or something & ended up quiting. This time I followed through because it made sense to me. I got some Nike Shoes I believe & they have these rubber like spikes on the ball of the shoe. I thought that's just what I needed and I was right. Did a 50 min walk/run which was mostly walking but no problems whatsoever because my feet felt so cushioned. Also, got some good classic rock going on & it really gets me going
I got hooked the very first time~not having to wait to like it. I am really excited about it!!!!
