Tomorrow I am going to start the Bar Method Advanced Workout. I thought that maybe when I was doing it before I was getting too muscular. My legs seemed to be growing instead of shrinking! But this new workout "says" it burns more fat, and because of my ankle and the need to take it easy, I'm going to give it a try. There's no hopping involved.

The key is to keep my ankle wrapped all day. I confess I have been still exercising on it.

This morning I did Yoga X to spare my poor sore ankle while wearing my heart rate monitor. I was alarmed to see that I burned a whole 83 calories! I didn't do all of the workout, but did do all of the vinyasa moves. My heart rate never went over 75. Not quite the workout I thought...
