Had a bit of a lapse at christmas but that is standard. But I had planned to stop diet then.

But still down 8lbs is a plus! Hope all had a good christmas and at least indulged a little...

Lost a pound since monday and only fasted yesterday! Happy Chappy!

On a diet where I fast for 2 days a week and have a total of 500 calories each day I fast.

Drinking lots of water.
Lunch- 63g wholeweat pasta with 70g frozen mixed veg and 2 tablespoons of light salad dressing- total 200 calories.

300 left for dinner! Need to start finding something small for breakfast that will kick start metabolism.
