morning start with b12. one egg scrambled on toast with ham and cheese along with my black tea. then its time for my work out!

just finished my workouts for the day. having a yogurt and some nice cold water with my b12. today has been a good day for me. getting back into the swing of things.

still at the 144.8 mark but I'm trying yoga and a 7 day waist challenge along with my walk. spool let's see if that's going to help my results. still using thermonuke and taking b12. diet has not been what I need it be tho. I need to get on my own ass about what I'm taking in calorie wise and be more Adamant. keeping my chin(s) up tho! Lol
