help
fruit and nuts are not allowed on induction. i'd steer clear of peanut butter because it is loaded with sugar and also has transfats in it. how about making a chicken soup minus the noodles. also the protein shakes, have avocado, tuna salad, cottage cheese (in moderation)scrambled eggs, poached eggs, jello, mashed "potatoes" (cauliflower pureed with butter and cream, salt and pepper, tastes like potatoes!!). there are alot of options, just got to get creative!
