Today is the 30th of April and I have recorded my latest weigh in on my Body Fat Scale.
Lets take a look at the last three weigh ins for comparison purposes:
18th April, 2012
1. Weight - 77.8kgs
2. Body Fat % - 26.4%
3. Total Body Water Weight % - 46.1%
4. Visceral Fat - 10%
5. Muscle Mass - 54.3kgs
6. BMR / Metabolic Age - 1647 / 41yrs old
23rd April, 2012
1. Weight - 78kgs
2. Body Fat % - 26.1%
3. Total Body Water Weight % - 46.6%
4. Visceral Fat - 10%
5. Muscle Mass - 54.7kgs
6. BMR / Metabolic Age - 1659 / 40yrs old
30th April, 2012
1. Weight - 78.6kgs
2. Body Fat % - 24.8%
3. Total Body Water Weight % - 48.6%
4. Visceral Fat - 10%
5. Muscle Mass - 56.1kgs
6. BMR / Metabolic Age - 1700 / 36yrs old
So basically in 12 days, I have reduced my body fat by 1.6% and also increased muscle mass by 1.8kgs, which is incredible!! It must be initial gains as I recently started weight training and have also incorporated doing some sort of cardio everyday, sometimes even late in the night, right before bed.
Always remember your goals. These are my short term and Long Term ones:
2nd July, 2012 - 15% Body Fat
End of 2012 - 9% Body Fat
Ultimate Goal - 176 pounds & 8% Body Fat.
Keep doing what you are doing. Your diet is brilliant, well followed. Your workouts are incredibly focused and the main thing is that you are committed. Together we can make our goals become reality!

Down another 1.4 pounds!! Every pound is great!! On week 5 of the Couch to 5k Program; Slowly but surely making progress, today is 5 mins walk / 11 mins jog / 5 mins walk; Also drinking lots of Green Tea.
Overall, I feel really good; Its nice to be able to see light down the tunnel!!

This week has been incredibly good.
I have been trying my level best to keep a 40:40:20 ratio of Carbs:Protein:Fat and it seems to be working. I have lost 6 pounds this week;
I have also been following the Couch to 5k routine and in the first few weeks of that routine I was feeling healthier but nothing showed on the scale. My diet was messed up in the first few weeks. But this week, my diet has been spot on and I have also been Walking and jogging as per the program. Today is 5 mins walk / 10 mins jog / 5 mins walk and I might also go for a swim.
Feeling great. See you in a week!! Keep up the good work. Keep your goal in mind that is what will keep you motivated!
