I am married to a wonderful man who is very supportive of me while I am on the Weight Watchers plan. I also have a dog (Waldo). Since both of my parents and older brother have been diagnosed with high cholestoral, I knew I had to do something as my weight was getting out of control, and I was feeling rotten, not just physically, but psychologically as well. When I was feeling my worse a Weight Watchers commercial came on and I called the number, I was very skeptical, but I called anyways. Now, I am beginning to feel more energized and also feel better about myself.

Incidental Exercise
Laughing I take the long way to the bathroom also, I also park as far away as possible from the front door to work. Another "incidental exercise" is, instead of using a laundry basket to take laundry downstairs, I sort clothes and take each load individually, makes for good laughs around the house with all of the trips up and down the stairs.Laughing

protein substitutes for meat?
Confused I'm not familiar with the Fat Flush Plan and I don't know what foods you can/cannot eat, but have you thought of beans as a substitute for meat? I don't mean green or wax beans, but kidney, pinto, navy, etc. Just a thought good luck! Smile

When you don't have weights, and can't afford the gym...
Smile If you can't afford to go to the gym and you don't have weights, a can of soup weighs close to one pound, you can also use a broom handle as a exercise bar. I also like to jumprope, but if the weather is inclimate I pretend to jumprope in the basement, while watching a video. Really gets the cardiovascular system working! Smile

I entered Members Tips Twice...
Smile I sent a comment through the website contact and they not only deleted my duplicates, in the future, they are also going to make it easier to delete postings. I feel much better now! Smile

Don't skip breakfast
I agree by not skipping breakfast, I make sure I eat a cup of oatmeal with no milk only splenda (2 points). I feel full during the morning at work and it keeps me getting those mid-morning hunger pains! Smile
