Incidental Exercise

I thought it would be fun to write a post about those activities that would be considered as "incidental exercise".

For example, at work I like to get of my backside and go and speak to someone instead of call them or email them. Another one (which always makes me laugh) is at work, nobody understands why I go to the bathroom situated on the other side of the building when I need to go. Laughing Laughing

Another "incidental exercise" is, instead of using a laundry basket to take laundry downstairs, I sort clothes and take each load individually, makes for good laughs around the house with all of the trips up and down the stairs.Laughing

Instead of filling a big bottle at the water filter, I get them in cups, so that I have to get up and walk to the water filter in the reception area to get a drink, this gets me up at least 5 times a day to refil.

Yes try the cauliflower, they are pretty good and you can add things to dress them up. That's what I fixed last Thanksgiving.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
