Doing better - resumed Kazaxe (easing up on the bottom part of my body to allow the knee/legs to recover), but focusing on upper body cardio work. I'm being more careful about calorie intake, too.

I have been stymied by my knee injury and my resultant inability to go to my Kazaxe classes and walk as much as I should. I also have done some emotional eating because of this frustration, as well as a general 'malaise' about the sorry state of our government and the stupid 'shut down.' I am acknowledging this, and want to get past both my attitude and physical limitations, and make a new goal to be at 165 (my lowest weight yet recorded) by Christmas.

I think I have to eliminate all bread from my diet, at least until I get back to my low weight so far (165). I'm continuing to limit food intake and exercise, but am slowly putting on weight.
