I think I have to eliminate all bread from my diet, at least until I get back to my low weight so far (165). I'm continuing to limit food intake and exercise, but am slowly putting on weight.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 88.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.9 lb a week
