well starting from 29th febuary i will be starting a new diet regime, im going to join shimmy slimmers, they will weigh me every wednesday, give me advice and also do 20mons of zumba, im really looking forward in starting this and i know i will enjoy it and stick to it :)

Why do I ffind it so hard to stay on a diet and lose weight, last week I lost 4lb this week iv put a pound on but its always the same 1 week ill stick to it and lose weight the next week I find it hard and put it on, its doing my head in so much, I need loads of motivation, I need a gud kick up the bum I think lol, I'm gunna start again tomorrow and weigh me next saturday and push myself really hard, I know I can do it, just need to focus.

Well iv stopped doing that losing weight by having 1300 calories a day challenge, wasn't no good for me, all I kept having was over 1200 cals and I was starving so I'm going back to do what I was doing b4 and that's having up to 1500 cals a day, so doint think ill lose any weight this week because my cals have been all over the place this week. Not to worry though, what's done is done.
