Well iv stopped doing that losing weight by having 1300 calories a day challenge, wasn't no good for me, all I kept having was over 1200 cals and I was starving so I'm going back to do what I was doing b4 and that's having up to 1500 cals a day, so doint think ill lose any weight this week because my cals have been all over the place this week. Not to worry though, what's done is done.
