Why do I ffind it so hard to stay on a diet and lose weight, last week I lost 4lb this week iv put a pound on but its always the same 1 week ill stick to it and lose weight the next week I find it hard and put it on, its doing my head in so much, I need loads of motivation, I need a gud kick up the bum I think lol, I'm gunna start again tomorrow and weigh me next saturday and push myself really hard, I know I can do it, just need to focus.

How about this: try to avoid the scale! I know it sounds crazy but try to trust yourself to believe you can do it! Then tell yourself you will weigh yourself < insert date>. I swore off the scale and promised myself to weight on March 5. I know I've lost weight and can see it and feel it. But I've motivated myself to workout. And then all things fell in place, with all my hard work being put into working out, I naturally started eating right. I chose to do this because its hard working out and why would I fail by eating poorly? But, I had one thing to focus on rather than 3 or 4 or 5 things, which then can become too much on one person. I hope this makes sense. Also, if you choose to use the scale be sure to allow yourself days. If you know you ate poorly the night before...do not weigh yourself the next day. Just promise yourself that you will be kind to you! Love yourself for being here and taking this journey! And you can do it! You can!

Yeah I do know what you mean about the weighing, well to make me feel good about myself iv just done 30 mins on my excersise bike and burnt of 300 cals :)
