Just returned from a 28 day 7500 mile road trip. Gained only 5 lbs, lost 3 in 48 hours, back to weight before I left and now I must tackle the remaining half of the total of 100 lbs I need to lose. And of course I’ve got a cold, so haven’t worked out and have a long way to go. Truly hope that all of you on similar journeys are doing well. Onward and Up…oops! Downward!!

YaaaaaaaaaaY !! Hooray!!!!!!! Right On Kiddo!! FINALLY, BROKE 200 LBS AFTER 315 DAYS OF HARD WORK TO LOSE 51.3 LBS. HUGE PSYCHOLOGICAL EVENT FOR ME. NOW I HEAD FOR THE MAGICAL 149 LBS WHICH MAY BE A PIPE DREAM, BUT I'LL TAKE IT IN 10 LB INCREMENTS. AND WHILE I KNOW IT'S FOOLISH, IF I CAN HOLD ON TO 199 FOR A FULL WEEK, I WILL CELEBRATE WITH PIZZA, BEER AND TIRAMISU AT ROSA'S (BEST IN TOWN). THAT WILL RESULT IN A FULL FIVE DAYS HARD WORK TO GET BACK TO PRE PIZZA WEIGHT.
