I didn't work out last night. Decided to let my body recover. I then worked out when I got up this morning which wasn't nearly as early as I planned. I went for a bike ride and holy crap my knees hurt. it was a lot of work. I'm going to add that back in. it burns calories like crazy if you can get up there. I had a massive amount of protein for lunch, so I'm going to have a salad for dinner. toss in an apple. yummy. Everybody thinks I'm crazy for the amount/ type of food I"m eating. I do eat some crazy stuf to get my food in. My sides are a little sore, but nothing bad. I've got a kink in my shoulders from my pushups, but my form was really reat today, and I only really got out of shape on the last 2. I'm going to have to up them soon. I've got another half hour of wii to do tonight, mostly aerobics. I upped my goal on the wii, so I'm going to hit that everytime I do the wii.

ugh! yesterdayd was good. i burned over 200 calories on the wii, which was awesome. I worked out for an hour, walked for 2 miles. over all, great day. I had... I can't remember for dinner, but I think it was good for me. lol. Today not so much. I wasn't feeling good, so instead of walking, I layed down and slept for several hours. ANd then dinner was hot, so I had an extra glass of milk. holy crap thats a lot of calories! I never realized. I think I figured out where all my calories were going. Just those little things that never actually seem bad. I ate a little to much at dinner, I think, but it was hot, so I didn't eat nearly as much as I thought I would. I'm still kinda full, but I"m giong to work out as soon as this show I'm watching is over. for an hour, I think. Lots of hula hooping. leetle yoga, and pushups. I'll go walking tomorrow for a couple miles. I really want to get under 120. It would make me feel really good to hit my goal for the week, and I think that's on monday.

Didn't work out last night, but thats okay, because I did this morning. I did almost thirty minutes of cardio. drank almost 32 oz of water. HELLO! I'm feeling better. I noticed it last night when I came down for dinner. (carbs carbs and cholesteral! AH! breakfast for dinner) I was singing some random song. I feel so good. Well, not my head. That's still a little iffy. but everything else. I'm noticing small changes in my body. I have muscles in my arms and neck, I can feel the muscles in my legs and HOLY ABS BATMAN! I can really feel them moving when I'm hula hooping, which is my main cardio, because honestly, getting outside is a little bit of a downer. lol.

Haven't eaten yet, I think I'm going to have a pb banana sammich. not quite feeling oj yet. My throat is sore from working out. it got dry really fast. maybe tomorrow.
