Haven't been on, but don't want to bug people with weight stuff. College happened, and I gained something like 7 pounds this semester. Haven't lost any, despite surgery happening (unrelated, but I couldn't keep anything down for weeks). I was not happy with my body before, so this kicked me into action. Gonna try SELFS drop 10. or at least, follow the workout plan, modified. stop eating on campus. less carbs, more fiber (been working on that already). More color. Sooo... HIIT twice a week, Cardio (probly eliptical, want to work on my calves) once a week, and weight training 3 times, with some specialized arm strength training on cardio days.
