I'm 39 yrs old. The only girl of 5 children, I was born in the south and raised as a traveler. I work in customer service and spend day in and day out, in front of people. I had weight loss surgery about 6 months ago. Lost the majority of the weight in the first 3 months and have been on a roller coaster ride ever since.
I started a work out program where I worked out 6 days a week approx 1 hr a day. Changing up the workout as instructed every week so my body wouldn't get use to it and still burn calories and fat. This was all good for the most part up until 4/4/10. What happened you ask? Well, I was in a car accident and the doctors have completely restricted me from working out in any shape form or fashion due to my injuries. But get this, I have to have a couple of pretty serious surgeries which the drs will not do until i lose at least another 70 lbs.
It was suggested to me on wednesday to research the HCG protocol diet. And that is exactly what I've been doing. Problem is there are more than 1 or 2 versions of this diet out there and I dont want to choose the wrong one. Even still, I dont know how well it will work since I've had weight loss surgery.
So as you've read, I need some serious insight and sound advice. Please, if you can share the ins and outs of HCG with a young lady who believes that there is always A WAY to improve, I would really appreciate it.
