Starting on Sonoma Diet: Need support and guidance!
Hello,
I am starting on the Sonoma Diet, And sice my goal is HUGE I realized that it's time for me to call for help! I feel that i need to lose about 45 Lbs, and I know it will take a while but I am ready for the challenge!
