Thank you for responding to my frustration about my weight. How do I get rid of parasites? I talked to my primary care doctor and she said I had no parasites. Not sure what to take since i must avoid estrogen products, soy, etc...I am a breast cancer survivor.

lose weight
Is there anyone who has had a hysterectomy, hip replacement, cancer treatments, radiation and has trouble losing weight. I follow the diet for the most part. The scale does not move. It has remained the same for the past 10 years. I also gained 25 pounds from a hysterectomy due to illness. I am desperate to lose 30 pounds as my doctor advised if I want to stay healthy and caner free. Does anyone know what I can do about this?
