:( I don't know what happened this weekend. I was doing well. I have a hard time journaling on the weekends. I need to get better than that. Vacation is in a week and I am not going to make the 10 pounds lost I was hoping. I am getting pretty fustrated because, despite eating healthier, being more mindful and working out, I have lost 2 pounds since January.

I have fallen off the exercise wagon. I have had a really hard time getting up every morning and no motivation at night. I need to get back in to it and not let drop offs like this happen. It seems to be so hard to stay on a schedule where I workout regularly and consistently.
