I got an 8-month old dog and my workout schedule is completely thrown! I am having a hard time fitting it in with work and school and now the dog. He is difficult to control on a leash so jogging with him is difficult. We are working on it but, until then .... Losing weight is hard and fustrating.

Just got back from vacation. It was relaxing but wished I had lost more weight before going. I would say take losing weight more serious but I have been very serious about it.
