I go to college at Baylor University and am a Health Science Studies Pre Physical Therapy. I grew up in southern California but decided I needed a change soo I came to the good ole' state of Texas. I have been working out for 2 years but never really changed my lifestyle as in truly challenging myself in the gym to build muscle and eating clean. I don't really know what made me want to change my lifestyle and go for it but I am and I already feel so much better about myself!
