Having healthy Jjolmyeon as lunch today! I can't get the actual Jjolmyeon noodles so I substitute with Japanese soba. When I enter the statistics, I'm surprised that my fat & cholesterol intake is the lowest today this wk ✌️✨Should eat soba more often.

I finally mustered the courage to weigh myself after my last known weight 62.8kg at the dietitian 2 wks ago. Wasn't thinking I could've slimmed down but the weighing machine show 60 kg! Yea ✌️✨!

Welcome my new minimalist breakfast mornings 😢 Usually it's just 1 cup low fat multigrain cereal with dry fruit or just a small wholegrain bun with minimal spread & jam nowadays.
I used to eat a lot more for breakfast. Now I realize I'm eating too much.
