Yesterday's dinner. Actually this wasn't the plan but I was having very bad stomach cramps. So something simple to fix with a instant pouch of sauce will have to do.

I went to the doctor's at the local Polyclinic for consultation after I last saw her 3 months ago. & the medical staff took my weight & BMI measurements. It went down a whopping 3.3kg ~ Since the last time she saw me. My cholesterol is down to good levels without any medication too! ✌️✨

Weigh-in: 131.6 lb

lost so far: 6.8 lb

still to go: 0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

Drats... I thought I can maintain 59kg for quite long b4 having to get more intensive exercise. Turns out I've slacked in my food management this few days when my mom bought all my favorite fruits & I snacked too much on them 😩😑

Finally ~ ✌️✨! Just when I thought my weight is stagnant, I weigh myself today & is pleasantly surprised!

My simple breakfast on this crisp morning. Just enjoying the simple things in life 🙂
I was sick over the weekend. Very glad to healthy & back on track by Mon.
