Good morning
Hi all, this is my first blog ever, and this web site is so damn helpful. I have done weight watchers and had great success with loosing 28 kg, but after having babies 9 years ago the weight has crept up by 20kg. I have tried doing weight watchers again at home, but don't seam to be able to stick to it and can't keep my self motivated, I put that down to no support I suppose. So I stumbled across Fat secret and so far it's going good, and it is starting to make me feel accountable for every bite I take.
