Trying to decide what to do today. I could go to Yoga and 11 and then swim for awhile after. Or I could do errands and then go to Zumba tonight.
What I really need to do is make a schedule. Things go so much more smoothly if I have a regular schedule.

I am eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat. Seems like it must be working a little bit!

Today the scale said 135. LOL I WISH! I need to stay off the damn scale, that's what I need.
Did power yoga with Joe this morning. I feel like an idiot, but it makes me sweat, so, I guess it's doing something.
I cannot wait until the weather warms up enough to start walking again. I miss walking with my friend in the mornings.

I am so upset with myself. It's a new scale, so, perhaps I haven't actually gained 10 lbs, but I certainly haven't been doing well watching what I eat.
I just feel lost and upset this morning. And so discouraged. And there's no one to blame, but myself.

Started the 3rd disc in the slim in six series and it was HARD. I think I may alternate between it and disc 2 for a week.
