I just could not swim this morning. I was so, so tired. I did do my exercises , though. I think I will move up to burn it up tomorrow.

So, I finish my swim at the Y and I have time to kill while I wait to find out how long Joe's flight is delayed. I was getting hungry, so I looked and ,there was the breakfast burrito. The picture showed 2 small burritos and said 300 calories. I buy that and a cup of coffee. NOW when I looked it up on the internet, it says 300 calories EACH! OMG That's a ridiculous waste of calories. I am so ticked off.
Anyway, I have decided to stay on Ramp It Up for at least another week and then look at the 3rd program, Burn It Up. RIU is still kicking my butt, so I think that is enough for now.

Lunch at Mrs. Dallywater's wasn't so bad calorie wise. It was even gluten free! But when I got home I had 2 glasses of wine. Even that wouldn't have been so bad, but red wine makes me hungry. I ate half a can of those damned almonds.SO MUCH SALT AND FAT!
I think I need to forgo the wine unless it's a special occasion.
Also, the scale is just whack. I am throwing it out and getting a new one. I went from 190 to 170 in 20 minutes. Don't I wish!

A swim and Slim in Six this morning. So, that's done. I looked ahead on the disc and there is a 10 minute ab workout and a 10 minute yoga. Those might be good, fast "extras" on days like today when I am done early, but still have a little energy left at the end of the day.
I am doing good on the water, but I am not doing as well on fruits and vegetables. Gotta amp that up a bunch.
I was wondering how to tell how much of the belly is skin and how much is fat. I mean, how do you tell when the only thing that will help is surgery?
I need to look that up on the internet.
