Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 8.0 %
Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 80 cm - This is a first but It will probably not stick heheh. Anyway, it's always great to have results like this :)
edit: In these last days, my progress in calisthenics has stalled somewhat and, since yesterday, I have been feeling tenderness in either my inner left elbow ligaments or in the forearm muscles of that area, so today I've limited my calisthenics to the Ab challenge :). I haven't exercised all the other muscles in a long time so I think I will probably finish this daily calisthenics (except for the AB challenge) experience and finally start the split weight training program I was thinking about. The recent lack of progress is not really the reason for it, but more the feeling that I might not be giving the muscles themselves enough rest, especially when it comes to pull-ups (those are not as moderate as push ups). I should probably have, at least, a day rest in between doing those. Anyway, exercise is going to continue and that's what's important :)

I'm writing this on a separate journal so it gets more exposure :)
I have just found out about "hemp seeds". Apparently, they have a very good Omega-3-to-Omega-6 ratio. For anyone who is looking for a good source of omega-3 besides fish, this is it :)

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 9.5 % (that was a big climb, from 7.2 to 9.5... but you never know :) It's true that I haven't done indoor cycling yesterday but almost 3% fat from one day to the other just seems a little difficult to believe :)
Inaccurate waist measurement at the navel: 80.3 cm (I'm confident I will get to 80.2 again :)

I was away from the computer yesterday. But I'm back, fortunately before 00:00 (in time to register this day's weight). Everything's ok, it was just a couple of things that took too much time. I hope everyone who's doing the AB challenge was able to complete it without any problems! :)
Yesterday I had good results, not the best so far but equivalent to the days before. I managed to exercise and I even noted most of the food down but I'm still not sure I'm going to log everything since I don't even know where that paper is right now lol...
Today I will also do the calisthenics including the ab challenge. I'm not so certain I'll be doing indoor cycling yet but we'll see :)

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 7.2 % (among the best of my results but I don't give this reading too much importance since it's highly volatile and doubtful lol)
Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 80.3 cm (it got back 0.1 cm up but maybe it will go down again tomorrow. Either way, it's looking like things are getting better overall and that's what matters :)
@ My buddies who have joined the AB challenge: Did you actually join the "website's challenge application? If not, there is one, so you can do it :)

A little step back in the weight but still within my latest good results
Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scanner: 7.3 % (I haven't had a reading like this in a long time. Despite very inaccurate, it's still great to see it!
Inaccurate waist measurement around navel: 80.2 cm (this is great. The waist appears to be maintaining this slightly lower size. :)
Tomorrow is the start date for the 24-day Ab Challenge so, today, I did the same as yesterday (8 crunches, 8 leg raises and 12 second plank) just to keep the same level of exercise.
