You know what? Yesterday I didn't have mental availability to be on fat secret. My mind was overwhelmed. But, today, I'm realizing that fat secret actually helps me take my mind off things so I think I'll just do my thing and, if I get too overwhelmed again I'll just let you know and take a short break and return again. Thank you very much for your support again guys! It's awesome to have you with me! And I really hate to make you think I have some kind of serious problem. I honestly don't, so really Don't worry!! I'm actually thankful these are the type of problems I have lol...

Ok so Journal here we go: :)

My weight today was an awesome surprise, which is awesome! lol :)

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 8.0 % (this is not so awesome because, it might indicate that, although my weight has gone down, that my body fat might have actually increased after all, due to my latest "adventures" with food, but it's definitely reversible. :)

Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 79.3 (phewww! It's a relief to know yesterday's readings didn't stick! They might still come back but let's hope not lol.

Both yesterday and the day before, I failed the water challenge miserably :P. And I had called it easy lol. I'll try to keep a steady drinking pace today (water of course ahah)

Wow, this is quite a big jump in the wrong direction! After a few days with an out-of-control appetite it looks like the consequences may have finally caught up with me. I'm not sure yet and I'm having trouble to believe it would all come at once (so much fat does appearing overnight is difficult to believe) so I'm hoping it's just a fluctuation lol. Yesterday I started out all controlled, logging the food and stuff, but I ended up going out and eating one of those big plates consisting of mixed meats, (Brazilian style with rice, black beans, fried banana, etc.) It's a complete guess how many calories there are in those plates but I would risk near 1000, especially with the fruit juice which they insisted it was natural/ no sugar added so I gave in because, with such a big plate of meat and, undoubtedly salt, it's difficult to just drink water lol and also because it's not very frequent for me to eat out. Then, in the afternoon, some stuff got in the way and I just gave up on logging that day altogether partially due to the big question mark on that meal. I did exercise though heheh. Anyway... :)

Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 79.9 cm (yikes! lol Hope it's a passing thing. I liked it better when the weight increases didn't come with a larger waist lol but hey, let this day pass and see the bigger, or more complete, picture a few days ahead... :)

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 6.9 % - This reading, although inaccurate gives me encouragement and points to my more optimistic theories lol.

Today was leg day but I ended up skipping the split routine and the indoor cycling because my left knee was complaining and I don't like to ignore these things. I stuck to the abs. The outcome of the Ab challenge today was almost a carbon copy of yesterday's - Done the crunches, slowly in one go, had to divide the leg raises set into two sets and the plank was very doable but easier on the arms than yesterday due to no previous arm exercise :)

Fortunately the weight is insisting on going down despite my late appetite, which is great :)

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 7.8 % (went a little up from yesterday which is a credible result because of the effect from the days before).

Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 79.3 cm (This really looks like it's going down. Awesome! :) I think I'll stick with doing Abs even after the challenge. Maybe not the leg raises lol but definitely the rest :)

edit: Looking forward to Ab Challenge "part deux" lol

edit: I just found a better way to control the water challenge. I'm using a DVD marker to mark the lower part of the mug I'm using to drink water lol. Second mark added. Just have to remember to clean it before putting it in the washing machine lol.

edit: Day 14 of the "Ab Massacre challenge" (that's the name I give it now since it's more representative of reality lol): The abs are noticeably adapting to this which is good! I could barely finish the 85 crunches set but I made it lol. But I was able to divide the leg raises set in just two parts instead of 3. The plank was more of a challenge to my arms which were tired because of the previous shoulder routine. Yesterday's split weight training routine was back, biceps and forearm (pull ups, good-morning exercise, shrugs, arm curls). Today's split weight training routine was shoulder and abs (seated bent over raises, barbell upright rows, dumbbell Arnold Press, and the Ab challenge) plus the daily 30 minutes cruise in the stationary bicycle. :)
