What are some foods you can eat endless amounts of?
My mom buys the fudgicles, they're definitely not dairy queen.
In the US the options are endless.
Where I live, theres very few options and all hugely expensive.
I just don't buy ice cream.

Of course chocolate ice cream has calories, but there are plenty of options. I don't live in the US but I know there are loads of low calorie ice creams there, including chocolate fudgicles (something like 30-33 calories each). I forget the brand. They're full-size and delicious.

If you like popcorn, I really recommend it.
It saved me in the evenings when I wanted something to crunch on.
An air popper costs a few dollars, and if you eat a few cups of popcorn (without butter, add a pinch of salt), it really satisfies the craving for something to chew on.
It does have some calories but not too many.

Facing Reality
I think a simple "You look really great" or "You just look fantastic" will suffice.

Its nice to be complimented, and to feel that you really do look better/thinner.

I had to lose around 20 plus lbs before anyone mentioned it, but it really motivated me to hear the compliments.

Also, when I notice that someone has lost weight I do say "You look so good" or something like that. Not to mention it, is really not very nice. You don't have to go on and on, til they feel like "Ah was I really so fat before?", just s simple acknowledgement.

I didn't know there were calorie deficit foods.
A pear has around 90 calories, doesn't it?
Making it one of the snacks per day.
I don't think strawberries are low in calories, because they are a limited fruit.
