Balance! Balance!! Balance!!! Somehow I need to find it....

I concentrate on exercise and everything else falls apart cause I am too tired to do much else. I concentrate on sleeping and well...not much time to get much else done. I concentrate on eating properly and then I don't find time to keep grocery shopping and go down a slippery slope to eating badly.

Now to make things worse, this month I am in two crafting courses - cake decorating and sock knitting. These alone have kept me extra busy but at least most of my snacking is popcorn which is better than chips and dip.

This weekend I will do a good grocery shop again and will do my best to keep stocked up. I am going to work on splitting up my crafting "homework" into smaller bits so that I can try to eat a good supper, craft a bit and get on the treadmill for 20-20 mins.
