I am determined to get back to the healthy weight and fitness level that I was at 3 years ago AND 10 years ago.
13 years ago, I lost around 75 lbs, I kept all of it off for at least 3 years, then some creeped back on , maybe 35 lbs. Then about 10 years ago I started a very high stress job that means I am always travelling and on the go. I put on pretty much all the weight back to where I was 13 years ago. That is where I was 5 years ago. Then some things happened in my life and I lost lots of weight (not on purpose-but still good thing) I kept that off until the past 2 years and my stressful job got the best of me. Too much eating out and not enough exercise. NOW I am determined to get back to where I need to be... EVEN better!!
