Hi, I'm Elyonna I'm 19 and I'm 275 lbs. I've been gaining weight for the last year and a half and have finally made the decision to take some real action no more yo-yo dieting or wasted gym memberships. I have been on the track to achieve better health for almost a month now and even though I am much more active now I feel that my biggest battle is in the kitchen. I have started eating "clean" so no processed or precooked foods but I still find my self over eating on the so called healthy foods. So, I basically created this account to get some support on how to eat better, and to have some one else to keep me acountable and in turn I could do the same for them.
