I'm a college student on vacation right now (I go back in a few weeks). My New Years Resolution is like that of many others: Lose weight. And I'll do whatever it takes: Pills, laxatives, portion control, ANYTHING. I don' know why but no matter how often I go to the gym and how many hours I spend there, I can't lose weight. I've even tried modifying my diet, but the way I tried hasn't worked. My trainer recommended the Whole30. I've looked online and a lot of people say that Carb Cycling has better results, because it is more sustainable (any advice on that is appreciated) My other NYR is to meal prep, as I tend to not have much time to cook between club meetings, classes. Any ideas on that appreciated as well
