Week 4
I got a cold last week, kind of threw a wrench on my diet. Eating sups and homie meals.. Still just gained 1lb.
Next week I will go for a training in MD, so I am not sure if I will have a weight in/ journal entry. But I will try to maintain my diet.. It is working well.

Week 3
Superbowl weekend was evil. I managed to still lose 3lb. Without exercising which I am still amaze. If i keep going down at this rate I will reach my goal in 35 weeks? Not too bad.
I plan to exercise some more when it gets warmer outside. I will ride my bike and maybe walk to work? It is not too far about 2 miles, about 7 minutes bike ride, 17 going back. It is up hill going back.
I am worried about going to the in-laws this weekend they give me soo much food, I will try to be careful. It is only for 2 days, so it shouldn't be too bad. Wish me luck.

Week 2
Last week was crazy, I ate out a couple of times, I only went down 2 lb's. I feel a bit disappointed, but hopefully will be eating at home more often.
I would like to have the blackberry application be able to scan things. I have been using my iPad to scan bar codes for pre-prepared foods, but it would be a lot more convenient if I could do it from my cell.
I was also surprised that the subway website has a build your sub section where you can calculate and help you figure out if you are going to eat there what is the best choice. I guess it is a good information to have. The footlong cheese steak on italian bread with lettuces, tomato, onion, black olive and spinach is only 720 calories and keeps me full all day.

Week 1
I am impressed of the results so far. All I have done is keep records of what I am eating and trying to stay under 2,500 cal per day. I lost 6lbs the first week? I am very happy so far. I have not done any exercising at all.
I am not hungry or tired. So I am happy. Looking forward for warmer weather so I can go out and ride my bike.
