Week 4
I got a cold last week, kind of threw a wrench on my diet. Eating sups and homie meals.. Still just gained 1lb.
Next week I will go for a training in MD, so I am not sure if I will have a weight in/ journal entry. But I will try to maintain my diet.. It is working well.
