Week 3

Superbowl weekend was evil. I managed to still lose 3lb. Without exercising which I am still amaze. If i keep going down at this rate I will reach my goal in 35 weeks? Not too bad.

I plan to exercise some more when it gets warmer outside. I will ride my bike and maybe walk to work? It is not too far about 2 miles, about 7 minutes bike ride, 17 going back. It is up hill going back.

I am worried about going to the in-laws this weekend they give me soo much food, I will try to be careful. It is only for 2 days, so it shouldn't be too bad. Wish me luck.
329.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
