Magnetic Therapy
Hi.. so i think what i read in the books are really true. Im amazed by the way they make a demo on the bracelet. In as short as 5 seconds you can feel the effect of the bracelets in your body. You feel like superman. I dont like taking drugs or medications for my illnesses, so magnetic therapy is a great althernative. By the way, nice to see you here.

Magnetic Therapy
Lately, a friend introduced me to magnet therapy. After reading a book about it, i bought a magnetic titanium bracelet that she is selling. I immediately felt its effect. I have extra strength in lifting things, i dont get tired easily and i always get a good night sleep, I also noticed that all my joint aches and pains were gone. I had a set of heavy barbels that my husband uses. Before, i can only lift it 5 times and then i go breathless. But after a few days of wearing the bracelet, i was amazed of its result. I can do the crossfit routine of lifting the barbel for 25 repetitions without getting breathless. Now i can feel my muscles getting toned.
Another technique i do, i wrap the bracelet around a bottle of water, and then after 30 min, i drink it. Wow, the effect is incredible.

Yes i am familiar with cross fit. I actually have a short exercise using that method. Its lifting weights fast for several times. I just registered here and Im planning to make it as my daily exercise together with a combination of pilates.
