Wow. Last night I decided on two martinis as a reward for a great job with induction. i have been missing them. Well let me tell you i was smashed! AND I feel like shit this morning. Talk about a cheap date!

No Diet Coke for over a week!!
No Alcohol for 18 Days

EQUALS

The system works!! Once I decided to follow the process, get over the dreaded first couple days...again....Back on the right path with a pretty healthy 12 lb loss over the last two weeks.

I have been back following to the letter. Even cut out caffeine free diet coke when I saw it was slowing progress. Keto strips still showing only a trace at best, but I am making an assumption that is due to the gallons of water I am drinking
